How we help

Your question. A clear beginning.

Your organisation is changing. Your space can change with it. Whether you have an initial idea or a developed design, we explore what your next step needs.

What it means for you

A good interior starts
beyond the floor plan.

Your process, your organisation and your people. Three perspectives we consider together before making decisions.

Space in the process.

From separate questions to a clear direction.

Relocating or renovating brings decisions, deadlines and people together. We discuss what is already agreed and where a decision is still needed. Design, planning and budget are considered together.

Start with: your reasons for the project, your intended programme and who contributes or decides.

Space for your organisation.

An environment that expresses who you are.

What fits your culture, ambitions and way of working? We explore the possibilities of your current or future building. Functions, layout, identity and technical needs form the starting point for a design.

Start with: what you want to keep, what needs to change and where your space is holding you back.

Explore Design

Space for your people.

Room for the things you do every day.

Focused work, meetings, connection or a moment away from your desk. We identify activities and needs, then consider the spaces that support them. A workplace concept takes shape around how the environment will be used.

Start with: your teams’ activities and the moments when they need to come together.

Where are you now?

You do not need
all the answers yet.

One question is enough to start a conversation. These are questions we can explore together.

Does our workplace still fit our organisation?

Start with everyday use. Which activities have enough space, and where are the obstacles? We discuss your way of working, culture and future plans. A workplace concept translates those starting points into functions and spaces. The design follows from what your organisation needs.

Do we have enough space?

Having enough space involves more than the floor area. Teams, activities, occupancy and support functions shape the requirements. A TestFit, an initial layout study, explores how these functions could fit an available floor plan. We make assumptions and constraints clear. Technical requirements, accessibility, safety and cost then need further review.

Should we renovate or relocate?

Both options need a clear comparison. What can your current building offer, and what would a new location involve? A TestFit is an initial layout study based on floor plans and a brief set of requirements. It helps explore whether the required functions fit a building. It supports your decision; further technical and financial development is still needed.

What will it cost?

Costs depend on the building, the extent of the work, material choices, technical requirements and programme. We start with your priorities and discuss the information needed for an estimate. As the project progresses, we consider the consequences of choices and changes. Scope, cost tracking and decision points are agreed together.

How do we make this work within the programme?

We start with when you would like to use the space and what is already agreed. Design decisions, technical development, coordination with the building and delivery affect each other. Together, we consider the sequence, decision points and dependencies. If a starting point changes, we review the implications. A workable programme depends on the scope and available information.

Who brings all the parts together?

Design, technical requirements, programme and delivery need to connect. Arvon can coordinate that relationship and the parties involved. For the agreed scope, we establish your point of contact, who makes decisions and who is responsible for what. This can cover the whole journey or a defined part. You do not have to organise the connections between disciplines yourself.

How can we keep working during construction?

Continuing to work needs preparation. We consider work zones, access routes, noise, dust and interruptions to services. Phasing or temporary workplaces may form part of the plan. Whether occupation can continue depends on the work and the situation on site; we explore that in advance.

We already have a design. Can Arvon join us?

Yes, an existing design can be the starting point for a conversation. We review how developed it is, the agreements already in place and what is still needed for delivery. Then we agree what support fits and who is responsible for what. Arvon can be involved in the whole process or in an agreed part of it.
