Which details

When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message, and your organisation and phone number if you enter them. To protect the form against misuse, we also store your IP address.

What for

We only use these details to answer your question and, if you wish, to follow up with a conversation or collaboration. We do so because you ask us to respond. We do not sell your details and only share them with the parties that run the website and our email for us.

How long

We keep your message for as long as we need it to deal with your question and to follow up on any collaboration. We remove your IP address after three months.

Cookies

This website only uses functional cookies that the site and the contact form need to work. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or any other cookies that track you.

Your rights

You can ask us to view, correct or delete your details, and you can object to their use. Email contact@arvon.nl. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your details, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
