Every part has its place.
An interior has many layers. What sits beneath the finish needs to work as well as what you see. We connect preparation, construction and handover in one process.

Prepare.
We consider what needs to be made and the information required. Work, delivery partners and the programme are coordinated.

Construct.
The design takes shape on site. Fit-out, technical work, finishes and bespoke pieces come together. We keep checking the work against the agreements.

Hand over.
We review the space and agreed work. Items that still need attention are recorded. This makes clear what is complete and what follows.

What does your delivery need?

That can be a starting point. Together, we look at how developed the design is, what information is missing and what is needed to discuss delivery.
Can we keep working during construction?
We discuss that in advance. Work zones, access routes, noise and interruptions to services need coordination. Whether occupation can continue depends on the building and the work involved.
How does construction stay connected to the design?
Drawings, material choices and agreements form the starting point. Design and practical decisions stay connected during construction. Departures from the design need a considered decision.
What happens at handover?
We review the agreed work and record items that need further attention. The exact review, handover and follow-up are agreed within your project.
